Agree to the terms
  1. 20% of the deal. If they sign with AD90 and pay, you receive 20% of the fees we collect under their first signed agreement.
  2. Paid within 30 days of each payment we receive from them.
  3. Valid for 12 months. They must be someone we are not already talking to.
  4. No selling. You make the introduction. You don’t negotiate or speak for AD90, and you can’t commit us to anything.
  5. Not employment, a partnership or an exclusive arrangement. Either side can end it by email; introductions already made still count. Taxes on your fee are yours, and we may ask for a W-9 before paying.
