Spread a year of a small company’s finances across a table and they cover it. There’s an 1120 for the corporate return and a stack of 1099s. There’s a 6765 for the R&D credit, invoices going out, bills coming in, and a month of transactions still waiting on close. Haven handles every piece of it, and asked us to get the whole lot onto one sheet.
A one-pager tends to outlive the meeting it was made for. It gets attached to a follow-up email, forwarded to a co-founder, or printed and left on a desk, and by then nobody is in the room to explain it. So the page has to do the explaining itself. We built it around the questions a founder asks first: what Haven takes off their hands, whether the firm knows their kind of business, who the accountants are, and how quickly they answer. Each one got its own space so a reader can take in the whole firm in a minute and come back for the detail later.
